Introduction

My main areas of research are in the domain of eBusiness and Strategic planning for Information Systems. My current research toward obtaining the PhD degree is measuring the quality of electronic services in the business to business domain. As more and more companies are leveraging on the current eCommerce benefits from their core business processes, these business processes tend to give companies competitive advantage once they are fully utilized in the value chain. Measuring the quality of these services will make it easier for the companies to benchmark their current delivered services to other companies on a common metrics and criteria, and helping the business solutions providers to develop systems that are more compatible with the user’s requirements.
